Learning to Learn in an EmpowerMind Workshop

Yesterday I took my son to an EmpowerMind Workshop in Oakland County, Michigan. EmpowerMind is an educational workshop offered by Kim Kassner. She teaches preteens, teens and adults how to determine their learning style and then process information by capitalizing on their personal strengths.

Not My Typical Weekend

Typically on the weekend I wake up, work until noon, go for a run, bike ride, kayak or boat ride, make dinner, eat and play a little World of Warcraft. (Horde Rocks!)

Detroit on Foot: 10th Annual DAC - ULI Downtown Walking Tour
